New from Airfix for 2022, the 1/48 Buccaneer S.2. This naval strike aircraft has a lineage to earlier planes that were developed as a response to the expansion of Soviet naval forces during the beginning of the Cold War. The Buccaneer was designed for responsive low altitude flight and for neutralizing the new Sverdlov Class Cruiser. This kit features accurate molding and high detail parts that bring all the characteristics of the real aircraft into a scaled-down form. Includes decals and 4 scheme options for painting.
