The Tiger I was arguably the most famous German heavy tank of WWII. This reissue of the former Academy kit features the steel road wheel suspension, asymmetrical turret, mantlet with binocular sight and full interior. The Tiger I was was an imposing figure on the battlefield, Germany could simply never produce enough to stem the tide against them. One German Tiger commander captured in Normandy, when asked about the quality of the Allied tanks said, "One of our tanks is as good as any ten of yours.....but you always have eleven!" When fully assembled, this 1/35 scale model measures 241mm long and 102mm wide.
